Dan was prompt and responded early the next morning and came by around noon. Even though it was crazy early, Dan was friendly on the phone and arrived at my door 30 minutes later. He had the problem fixed within minutes, and explained everything he was doing. Professional work and great attitude, even when one of my exhaust fan vent hoses dumped almost a pail’s worth of water! The old exhaust fan was too weak to vent the humidity. Of all the "24 hours emergency HVAC" places I called ( and there was a lot ) this is the only one who answered. His name is Dan and he was at our place with all the parts he needed within less then an hour. The guy is super friendly and was nothing but nice and professional to me and my family.
